Steps to collect your phone at the branch after applying
Updated:
After you apply online and choose an appointment date and time, your appointment at the branch follows these steps in order. Have your original ID card and down payment ready.
On your appointment day at the branch
Our team follows the same steps for every contract, for the security of both sides.
- Identity check: we match your original ID card against your application
- We tell you the assessment result and approved terms: down payment, monthly installment and number of installments
- You pay the full down payment, in cash or by transfer
- We link the phone you will receive (IMEI) to your contract and enroll it in MDM
- You review the details of the hire-purchase agreement, then sign 2 copies and keep 1
- You receive your new phone, ready to use
After you receive your phone
Go to My installments on the website and verify with an OTP code sent by SMS to your mobile number (or sign in with LINE, where available) to see your remaining installments, due dates and the PromptPay QR for your installment.
Pay your installment at the branch, or tap "Pay this installment" on the website, scan the QR to transfer and attach the slip on the same page (where your branch has enabled this). Our staff review and approve it, then your balance updates and your receipt opens. If your branch has not enabled it, the website shows the PromptPay QR for you to transfer as usual: keep the slip and tell the branch so our staff can record the payment.
Link your LINE account on the same page to get notifications about your contract, payments and overdue reminders.

If the payment page shows an "Attach transfer slip" button, attach the slip there (quote the request no. PI-… if needed). Staff review and approve it — no need to send the slip to the branch. If your branch has not enabled this, keep the slip and tell the branch so our staff can record the payment.
No. MDM links the phone to the company until it is fully paid, without touching your Apple ID or personal data.
